SIG: Organizational Change Management & Communications (OCMC)


Foster a collaborative community of IT communicators, organizational change managers, and others with an interest in the people side of change across the UNC System, providing a platform for camaraderie, support, and the exchange of innovative ideas. We aim to connect professionals who are passionate about communication, the human side of change, the strategic connection between these two key processes, and their role in promoting IT initiatives across the University system.
