The Student Worker SIG is a community for university staff who supervise student employees. We foster a collaborative environment to share best practices and innovative strategies for the full scope of student employment—including financial strategies, mentorship, training, and professional development. Our goal is to empower managers to create meaningful work experiences that support student success while also streamlining our own administrative workflows.
